Q: Why you choose TigersTaxis?

A: We promise to give all our customers a prompt and reliable service every hour of every day, all year round. We promise to be professional at all times.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours will be refunded in full. If you don't notify us 24 hours prior to your booking there will be no refund.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept all major credit cards as payment or you can pay by cash on the day.

Q: Am I charged if my flight is delayed?

A: No we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.

Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

A: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. If you have provided your mobile number we will try and contact you if we have difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our office phone number so you can ring us if you need it for assistance.

Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy?

A: The price quoted is the price you pay. The price paid allows for up to 60 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at 5. Car parking is to be paid to the driver on the day and he will supply you with a receipt.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

A: Our prices are per car which varey depanding if the customer has asked for standard excutive vehicle which has a capasity of four passengers. The price will increase if the customer has asked for an MPV.

Q: How early do I need to book my car?

A: All online bookings should be made 24 hours in advance. For bookings within the next 24 hours please call us to confirm availability.

Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?

A: Yes we provide a 24hour service call us anytime.

Q: Do I get email confirmation?

A: If you book online we will confirm your booking to you once it has been allocated to a driver.
